I am a member of laughter club. We assemble once or twice in a week and laugh together our heart out. We already know that laughter is the best medicine. It is also true that loud laughing increases lifespan, alleviates tension and stress and gets rid of diseases. You can also have the positive effects of laughing. Please start a laughter club in your locality. It is very easy. Just gather some like minded people in the beginning and others soon will follow suit.

Loud laughing - Big laugh
Hi andyvish,We too have laughing clubs at over place and we asemble and laugh to gether on every sunday and holidays. Stress is bad. Laughing is good. Laughter is good for both body and soul. It can thwart stress, boost the immune system, and help protect against the flu and even cancer. • As the person laughs, carbon dioxide is driven out of the body and replaced by oxygen-rich air, providing physical and mental freshness. • Laughing can produce anti-inflammatory agents that can aid back pain or arthritis. • Laughing encourages muscles to relax and exercises muscles all over the body, from the scalp to the legs. • Laughing reduces levels of cortisol, the stress hormone. • It is also thought that laughter may possibly aid immune system responses, (though the evidence for that is primarily anecdotal). • Laughing exercises facial muscles to prevent sagging. • Laughing boosts the production of “feel-good” endorphin hormones So go ahead, laugh often and out loud. It's your -- and your friends', family's, and cronies' -- best medicine

That is so awesome! I laugh alot with family and friends. I didn't realize that it was actually healthy for people. How did your laughter club start up? Are they close friends? Do you sit around and tell stories that makes you laugh? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just curious. What is a typical laughter meeting like?

We sit together for a beginning. After half an hour of talks, we start by asking the members to start laughing in what ever way they like. People start laughing. We make sure that we don't keep any stress inside. We laugh our heart out. Some will climb trees and laugh, some will show funny gestures with face, hands etc, some will roll, some will jump etc. all these activities will make others join the team. Once started it is difficult to end. People one by one will get exhausted and will stop. that is the way it is. Thank you for asking.
