Try this, very simple to prepare and very healthy. :) Pesto Pasta (as seen in Chef d' Angelo)no meat! garlic cloves, peeled (as many as you can) 1/4 teaspoon salt (iodized) 1/2 cup virgin olive oil 1/2 cup greated cheese (or as many as you want) 2 packs of McCormick Pesto Pasta mix 1 carton of Nestle all purpose cream 1/4 butter. 500 gms of sphagetti noodles (cooked) Procedure: heat olive oil and cook garlic cloves. (make sure not to let it go brown) set aside garlics. add butter, Pesto mix and Nestle cream into the olive oil. let it simmer, add the garlic, salt and some ground pepper. let it simmer for 3 minutes and then add to pasta. sprinkle with cheese as much as you want. preferrably parmesan, buy if you don't have, quick melt will do. By the way, this is based on what I do and how my gf and family likes it. :) hope you'll like it too.

Embotido and morcon were definitely my favourite holiday foods when I was growing up in Manila. Chinese ham, queso de bola, my mom's crema de fruta, chicken macaroni salad, and leche flan--boyoboy! I am soooo homesick--mainly because I know that the media noche spread that my baby sister will prepare is going to be a real feast....a very bountiful new year to you and yours!

Well Im not really much of a cook. My mom and sister-in-law has always cooked most and just had me prepare the develed eggs and bring rolls. Well I surprised them this Christmas. I made sweet potato crunch. Everyone enjoyed it. They said they knew I knew how to cook all along. I just laughed and said I am trying to learn.

Hello Vanities, Me I like to prepare dessert foods on holiday and my favorite is macaroni salad, but a lot of times we just use to prepare simple recipes - Filipino recipes.

I'm not such a good cook I have got better with time, but I do like cooking and prefer to cook stir fry's and I am very good at baking also. I am baking a cake for tomorrow lunch because I am good at making sponge cake it is my specialist cooking. I am good at currys also but, I won't be making a curry tomorrow. My mum is cooking a turkey. Have a good Christmas.
