WHen u are sad, how do u handle it?? Do u cry your heart out?? Or u pretend to be strong to all others but deep inside u are really struggling?? Or u confide in frenz?? Drown it in drinks?? Exercise?? I think most ple will cry because that's the best and fastest method to feel better.. Or is there any other way to handle sadness better??

When i am sad, i choose to read the book full of encouraging words, or i surf on line to read some novels to make myself tired, when i am tired, I go to bed and tell myself tomorrow it is another day, and tomorrow will be another day.

depends on what makes me sad...hehe there are times that i just feel sad even if there's no reason to be sad...maybe part of mood swings...and when time like this comes...i just keep quite...hehehe and wanted to be alone, but sometimes i try to put my attention to other things by thinking happy thoughts...and sometimes, i voice it out..i will tell to my husband that i am sad and i don't know why...hehehe but when the reason for my sadness is because of other people or whatsoever...i try to pretend to be okay in fron of others but i am not good in it for they can still easily sense that i am sad coz im so lifeless...hehehe what i do is to write down what i feel as if im talking to someone...i don't confide much with friends...i don't know why but there are some situations that i don't want anybody to know why i feel that way...i try to make everything on me okay by myself...huh! i seldom cry due to sadness...i just cry when i feel bad like when i am really mad...and can't do anything...hehhee and just cry on movies and onions...hehhee

MOst ple will tend to cry when they are sad, or just being quiet.. BUt trying to think of happy thoughts will be quite hard i guess.. Because if one can really think, they wont be sad in the first place.. hehe ^_^ I dun like to voice out my sadness too, as i think it's kinda useless.. Because they are not me, they wont be able to fully understand what i'm going thru.. Thus instead of making another person sad, i might as well pretend everything is ok right?? IT's always good to see others and frenz around us being happy.. haha =D Too bad for me, i dun write, and thus i can only be sweating my sadness away in the forms of exercising.. hehe ^_^ Cry on movies yes, but definitely not onions!! lol =D I will eat them instead.. lol =D

I have not experienced slicing onions, but i have always seen those crying scenes about that in movies.. lol =D Mood swings are actually harder to capture because it's unpredictable.. Especially when one is sad over nothing, they can be happy the next moment, before becoming sad again!! I always hate that kind of feeling, and i will rather be left alone.. hehe ^_^ Well, i always like to share my frenz sadnessand burden but i will never share mine with them.. haha =D I'm a good listener and advicer but i'm not a good sharer.. hehe

hehe...well its really not easy to turn sad moments into a happy one...but again, as i said, it depends on what makes me sad...if i am just sad out of nothing, i can sometimes turn this down...and turn my mind into a happy thoughts and it lessen the sadness that im feeling...little by little...hehehe maybe most of us are like that, we don't like to share our sadness to others coz we don't like them to be sad for us also...hehehe but sometimes, its good to share it with others...just for a release...there are some friends that are good listeners... at least even if you don't write, you still have an outlet...by exercising...at the same time its healthy for you...hehehe haven't you experienced slicing onions? try it, slice red onions...and cry. hehehe

hi kun. ^__^ i'm the one who pretends everything is alright even if it's not. ^.^ well, not always but most of the time. when i'm sad i rather keep it to myself and deal with it myself. i choose to hide it and be jolly instead. when i'm with other people i do my best to forget the sadness. and when i'm alone, that's the time i let the sadness fill me until i get sick of it and decide to be merry again. ^__^;; but i don't dwell into sadness that long. i don't like being gloomy for a long period of time. i look at the brighter side of life and think of things, do things that make me happy. ^__^

I seldom cry, and if i cry i want to do it by myself. Not because i want to uphold a strong image but because i have a hard time trusting people enought to do it. One of the best things is strenght training, i feel that i can litterary pump out my sadness while im doing excersize. Taking a traditional walk can also help with giving time to manage your sadness, also talking about it but that requires someone that is willing to listen.

YUP.. Strength training or even running is a good way to take off the sadness in u.. I just feel better after a run whenever i'm sad.. hehe.. Yeah, talking about it to someone is good too but provided the person is willing to listen and not try to cut into wat u trying to say and the person should just be quiet while u talk :)

Yea, sometimes its helps if you have a conversation with someoone and not just having them be silent while talking to them. I agree that the person should listen untill you have said what you wanted to, it also helps if being clear when you accept the other person to say something. If the person you speak to understands you, words from him/her can help more than pure silence.

when i'm sad, sometimes i try to hide it and cry when i'm alone! when people forced me to say what's troubling me,that's the time i need someone to cry on! crying is not easily.makes someone weak! i don't like crying! well, who wants it? when i'm sad i cry when i'm alone and when i'm done crying, i think of things to make me smile. maybe eating chocolate or watch comedy films or do some sports,do household chores, just to forget what's making me sad!

NObody likes to cry, but it's quite a joy to cry, actually.. It allows one to vent our unhappiness or frustrations.. hehe ^_^ OF course, it must be those really good cries, of having swollen eyes ^_^ THere's always a time for sadness and a time for happiness.. It's a cycle ^_^ ALways remember, when sadness is over, happiness will come next, regardless of how long it will take ^_^

I write, dance around to music on TV, hang out with friends, do a little retail therapy, or eat junk. I tend to distract myself with work, as well.

Distraction is good and work.. Because once u work, u will be concentrating alot on your work and another advantage is that when u do it well, u get compliments from the boss and also can distract yourself away and slowly get over the sadness :)

hi kun, i am a good dramatic person you can say because i never let anyone even feel also that i am upset or in bad mood or there is something really really wrong in or around me. i dont show my inner self or my feelings in open to anyone. i am a very secretive and a reserve person in many things . i am very sensitive also , so i dont talk too much as i feel hurt very fast. if i am sad i sometime go in my own dark, sometimes i dont wanna talk at all, sometimes i go out . but now after having a baby, i many times starts talking to her and starts playing with her. i dont just sit because now i have a small to look and take care of.

At least, that's good for u now!! U have someone to talk too, being able to say or speak out upon the sadness or unhappiness in u, so that u wont end up with any hurtful actions, which will be alot worse ^_^ PLus, what can be better to be voicing out all your worries, etc, only to be returned with a cute innocent smile from your baby?? Melting your heart in the process?? hehe

It depends on the situation as to how I react.Sometimes tears solve the problem or the pain is such that the tears cannot be held back.At other times being strong helps others control their pain or helps them to have a shoulder to cry on , then one has to try and restrain oneself and at least act strong.

YEah, u are right too.. Sometimes one has got to be strong, in order to overcome sadness, especially when the person next to us is very much vulnerable, and needs us for support ^_^

I believe in those situation,it would be better if we share our sadness with friends, tell them our problem so they can give us advices that we may need! Also, you can try to focus on other things like your work,studying... to forget about the sadness! One more,if you stand at the beach and shout out loud, you will feel better,i believe so!
