What is the best way to loose weight?

My friend want to drop 20 lbs. What does he needs to do?

My best suggestion to him would be watch there food they eat and to get lots of exercise and plenty of sleep. Drink plenty of water too.

yes, I told him about your suggestion. He eats too much rice and he goes out at night and sleep plenty during daytime. What about that?

Rice is a very starchy food so he might want to change to eating brown rice its not as starchy. And staying up all night and sleeping all day isn't very good to do unless he has to due to work. Then its understandable.

Tell your friend to cut out all of the drinks and change to only water for the time being. At least eight bottle of water a day. But remember only water. Should loose 5 lb a week, just for that.

no juice tea or diet soda? i dont think i could live without coffee its made of water is that good enough?

hey berlay,I believe the best way to lose weight is to drink at least 1.5 l of water right after u wake up,before you go to the bathroom to let out all the toxins in the body.And after your shower,have breakfast.never skip breakfast & don't forget to have your apple or bananas!And eat more vege at lunch than carbs.And besides that,walk after your meal & only drink warm water with your meals.Stay away from sugared drinks,chocolates,junk,snack only fruits or raisins.Have dinner four hours before your bedtime.Make sure to have your favourite fruit before you sleep and drink water-everytime!Oh and don't forget your cardio & strength training,morning preferably for workout is always longer in the morning than in the afternoon(you'll be too tired after work).Swim,jog or do one sport you really like and I'm positive you'll lose weight,more than 20lbs if you put your mind into it.Goodluck!

yes, drinking ONLY water will help. Cut all the sugary drinks out. Also, drinking water will flush out anything bad in your system. Try to Cabbage soup diet, its only for a week and you can drop up to 5lbs with that. its another detox thing. but mostly, eating right and getting your exercise and he should be okay. Weight lifting is one of the quickest way to lose some weight. After a point though, you'll start to gain more on the scale because muscle weighs more the fat.

It's called exercise - drink water, jogging, talk 30 minute walks, cut down the high fat foods, the fastfoods, high sugar, high sodium, high carbs, the bread, high cholesterol. But your friend has to be consistent with it on a daily basis. Tell your friend he/she should join a fitness center, get the right guides on which foods to eat and what to avoid. Also treadmills are great way of exercising as well.

hi 1.the best way to loose body weigth is exercise and diet... walking is the best exercise to minimise body wieght.. do 2o mins brisk walk twice a daily.. 2.avoid drinkin coffee and tea... 3.eat fresh raw vegitables and fresh fruit juices

Yes , my friend water will do the trick.Tut your friend also needs to keep a check on his diet as well.Juices are fine but avoid food that is rich in sugar. I tried the water trick and was successful in loosing 12-15 lbs in 10 days.What I did was I used to drink 2-3 glass of water just 20 minutes before my meal.In this way I ate less and never felt hungry.Try this it will help.

The best thing to do to lose the weight is: Watch your portions. It is possible to have foods that we love we just can't have as much as we often consume in a meal. Second, increase your activity level, you don't have to do full blown workouts to make a positive change. go for a walk, exercise for 20 minutes, hey even cleaning up the house can burn those extra calories.
