I am not a sport person, in fact i even rarely do some sport for my self except swimming which I maybe do only once a month. But today my friends ask me to join their yoga class and I enjoyed it so much. I feel lot better. I sweat a litle bit but the movement is so soft, flowing and calm. Now I understand why people like to do Yoga. Are there any of you doing Yoga too?

Thank you for your response, Joseph. I like my name as afternoontea, this is my favorite moments of days. As you can see from my profile, I am from Bali, Indonesia. I understand most man like to do a heavy workout, but that is good though. My body is not flexible too, but that is why I like Yoga, no force to do a thing. Just go with the flow.. Good Luck to you...

"Yoga" means connectivity. It is an ancient science pertaining to keep our body and mind fit. Yes I am doing yoga.Yoga is not a game. But it is ia a practice which gives your mind peace and happiness. It will inculcate the habbit of channelising one's feelings in the right direction, increase memory power, strength of your body and mind besides controling emotions. The movements in yoga are to be done slowly with out giving any pain to any part of the body. Do not show speed or hurry while doing yoga. You will reap the fruits of yoga in due course. With the best wishes. -ganga472007.

I hope you can keep on doing Yoga. It can relax yourself very well. I also think it's good for losing weight. But I am not interested in Yoga as my body seems to be so stiff to do so difficult actions:)

I think Yoga is one of the best exercises I have ever done. I have "fallen off the wagon" and haven't done Yoga in a couple of months, now. I do hope that I can force myself back on track soon, though. I felt a LOT better when I did Yoga every day! Within weeks I could feel myself standing taller and my body getting more tone. Good luck, and keep it up!
