Have you eaten any Chinese food? Chinese food is famous for the fine all over the world. Fish plays a large role in Chinese cookbook, of course, it is my best favorite, that's why I discuss fish here. Fish is absolutely necessary in festive celebrations in China. The Chinese word for fish "Yu" sounds like the homophonic words both for wish and abundance. As a result, the fish is served whole, with head and tail attached, symbolizing a good beginning and ending. If you had eaten Chinese food, I'm you will never forget, lol, so do many my foreign friends.

Chinese Vegetable is also good, the work is also fine, of course, Chinese food is time-consuming. The course of working a orthodox Chinese food is very complicated and time-consuming. Therefore, all my foreign friends like Chinese food, but only several persons could know how to do. Chinese food is a part of Chinese culture, many courses have hundreds of years' history.

I haven't tried any kind of Chinese fish but do love Chicken Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Brown rice is my favorite. We like to eat at a restaurant called Stir Crazy where they have a buffet bar so a customer can pick and choose their meal. I usually do some kind of chicken with all kinds of veggies. Thanks for interesting discussion.
