what is it worth?

My Mother gave me a unique Christmas gift. I have been searching all night online to identify and determine the value of the gift. It is a set of four brass/gold(?)small stemware type cup. The only marking is: AS Germany PAT.D207.660 Can anyone tell me what these are worth. I have searched the Kovel site, and cannot even find the manufacturer information to make an identification. Does anyone have any idea on where to look for an answer? Does anyone have knowledge on such matters... if so, I'd love to hear from you.

hi lybra try the Antiques Road show on Pbs and on the net and tell them about your cups describe and if you can send them photos too and they will try to find out the history of the cups that is if you have not already done this years back.
