Bargain or Brand Name

Hi my friend, Certain items I will only buy name brand such as toilet paper, certain food items etc. I do tend to go to bargain or generic on some things too. I like a lot of the generic canned vegetables. What can they do to vegetables anyway? lol Have a great day! Char :-)

I usually buy both... It really depends on what I'm buying. If its clothes, I check on the feel of the material. There are some branded clothes whose material are a bit scratchy. I also wait for branded clothes that are on sale. When it comes to food, it depends as well. If I like the taste of it, then I go and buy it. If I don't, even if its from a famous producer, I still wouldn't buy it. =)

I am not into buying branded stuff.I know they cost a bomb.For the price a brand costs i know i can pick up several pieces for that price and most of the fake stuff do look so much like the original.i am more for a bargain.

Food I don't mind buying bargain. The bargain foods are sometimes name brand as well but when things are bought in bulk it is just alot ceaper then buying 1 item from the grocery store. Those that are name brand are not bad either becuase those items come from the same place the name brand foods come from. As for clothes, I prefer the name brand things. For the most part they are better quality then the bargain things. I hope I answered the question correctly.

I like to buy bargain of branded brand. Its much cheaper that the regular price. but sometimes I buy unbranded products.

I prefer brand names for every gadgets or clothes I bought. Yes its expensive but worth the price. I have many bargains before but its useless.

For me, it really depends on the quality of what I'm purchasing and how much I plan to use it. For food, it really depends on the taste of the food--if I don't like the taste, I'll be wasting the food throwing it out instead of using it and saving money. Clothes now are tougher...I've bought used clothes at the thrift store that have lasted longer than anything I've bought at discount stores (Walmart) that were a brand name. So they were used--if the jeans lasted more than a season, looked good and were cheap ($5 or less), they were worth more to me than a new pair from Walmart that fell apart or faded after one washing.

I almost always buy the bargain unless the name brand is on sale. The only thing I really insist on buying name brand is soup. I have to have Campbells. The others just do not taste right to me.

Hello dear rosema. I think that the best way to get both a bargain and brand name is the time when it is on sale with a lot of discount. I can always get a bargain with a brand name. Usually it is time when the shop does not have a series of the same goods and you can always get them at a much cheaper price. Have you ever tried this? Thanks.

What I like to buy and what I have to buy are two different things!!! I dont really have a choice. It always comes down to the bargains, and trying to get the best value for money :-)

usually depends from the product i want buy such as if is a product important or it is useful for my life usually i trey to choose not only because is a brand name but about the quality the product will reflect in itself!!surely there are also many other products which the are less important or useful everyday so i can choose to buy as bargain and save some money!!

it depend son my budget and the style and design of the things i buy like in the clothes or shoes when i find nice design and color in bargain i buy it because its cheap and nice also but when i find red tag or sale tag in brand name i prefer to buy even little more expensive than bargain brand because its more good quality than the bargain clothes but about the other things like canned food, detergent i stick to the one i trusted to use even its branded or not.
