I have been following this story very closely as I live close to where this took place. This was so horrible I just cannot get it off my mind. Now one of our local news stations has said the sherif said he is believed to still be in NC, but not where in NC. So is he still in the local area? This is such a rattling story, and none of it adds up or makes any sense. I was reminded earier today why I do not whatch the news, I was watching cnn to check up on this story and heard more about the 4 children killed, and the father who left his son in the freezing car to go in a strip club. All I can say is WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. I don't understand it how can mankind be so cruel and selfish. I know there are plenty of good people out there still and the news just focuses on the bad but it tears my heart apart.

I've been following this story too since I live in NC. I can't understand how someone can do such a horendous thing. There are just horrible things going on lately, there was also that man who threw the baby off the bridge, I just can't imagine someone doing that.

I read about that, it is very sad and disgusting the way people behave. Unbelieveable and right in his backyard!

I heard about this story on the news recently. that guy is still on the run isn't he?
This is a very sad story.
I don't know what is wrong in the minds of people these days.
