I have to admit that when my granddaughter is with me I make a fool of myself...lol! She is usually listening to music and I do some of the craziest dances. If her music isn't on I'll sing and make up silly songs and dances or play hide and seek with her. Basically, I do the same thing when I'm around any kids. I like to see kids enjoy themselves and be happy and I'll do anything to get a smile out of them. Do you sometimes act silly or foolish when you're around little kids? Doesn't it make you feel good to make a kids smile and laugh?

Oh yes I do. I'll admit it. lol Just like you I love to make kids laugh. When I see one in a store giving their mommy a hard time, I'll try to get them to smile or laugh so it lightens the mom's load for I'm sure she's about at wits end. When our God kids are up for the summer, we're always doing something funny so they'll have fond memories when they get older. Although we can't have any of our own, we appreciate every one else's and the idea of giving them back at the end of the day or summer. LOL

I rock out to the lullabies that my son's glow-worm plays when I'm putting him to bed. He loves it... just giggles and giggles and smiles at me, and it sometimes keeps him from having the traditional bedtime fit. ;P I catch myself acting extra-goofy around him all the time actually. We always have the blinds up in the living room during the day because he plays with them otherwise, and I'll catch myself doing something really stupid-looking in front of the window, and then laugh hysterically thinking someone could have seen that! Hearing my son giggle is the best thing in the entire world, and if I embarrassed myself in front of every single person I know in order to get that giggle... well, it'd be worth it!

Goofing... - Goofing...
Oh yeah, when my Nephew is over we goof around all the time. It makes me feel about 15 years younger. When he was little I used to stand him on the coffee table and he'd dance with me...he loved it. We also love to bury each other in leaves in the fall...haven't done that in awhile. I've let him paint my face and such. Here is a pic of me in bunny ears, one with my face painted and princess accessories and one of my Niece and Nephew in the leaf pile. LOL **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Yes, I too have to admit I act funny around kids, especiall babies. I talk to them kind of funny, baby talk. My husband says I should be talking normally to them or they aren't going to learn how to talk properly. I constantly have to remind him that our four kids have grown to be responsible adults and they all talk okay, too much at times. I also make a lot of faces at a baby to try to make it laugh or smile. I guess I probaly look retarded doing that, but it's sooo much fun.

if you are with kids you have to talk to them the normal way for them to learn it faster if you talked like them they would only mimic you and in the end they will talk like that also.

Yes, I do it with my son, have been doing so since the time he could do something on his own. I enjoy doing it. As it is I am a very comical person and try to keep life light and easy. And the best part is that I do this not only to make my son happy, to bond with him but I genuinely feel very happy dancing to tunes from movies or some popular songs. But I wont do that in front of anybody else. To outsiders I am a very private person and I dislike dancing with others, neither do I feel very comfortable doing it. But with my son…I am all game for anything, including jokes, girls, movies and what not!

I've always thought of myself as a "big kid" anyway, ctry, so, yes, I do act up when the little ones come around. They get a kick out of my playing with them. I'm a video game fanatic, so I always play games with them, watch cartoon movies, and generally have a ball, lol. Since the little ones now are my greats, they call me "Big Granny" and their grandmothers "Little Granny."

My nephew and niece - This is a picture I have taken which shows my niece, nephew and my brother in law.
I don't have kids of my own, but I do have a niece and nephew which I do spend time with them every other weekend. I like to tease them, teach them sarcastic jokes or just mess with their minds in a funny way. With my nephew I teach him how to play on his PSP - imagine a 5 year old kid already on a PSP like glue? He loves playing Star Wars Legos - and he's already mastered the game teaching me how to beat it. Then there's my 3 year old niece, the little trouble maker - I tend to tease her saying she's the spittin' image of her mom - she likes to be swinged around by her arms or picked up in the air.

Definitely! I literally swoon whenever I see one. They're just so adorable and clueless. They're so easy to please. In a way, that's what makes them so lovable. Their innocence. How everything they do is out of curiousity and that they rarely have any ulterior motives. I have 2 nieces. One is 10 and the other is about 8 months old. Whenever I see the 8 month old one, I always go baby talk on her. Whenever she smiles, I'd go crazier. She's like a little stress reliever. I'd get home from school so exhausted, but as soon as I see her happy and smiling, I get hyper too. It's different with my 10 year old niece though. Sometimes it's fun but at other times mentally draining. She's at that age where she wants an answer to everything. Thankfully the s e x question hasn't been asked yet. I don't know how to handle that yet. It's also fun to see little kids in public places. There was this one time I was hanging out with some friends at the mall. We were hanging out by the fountain area because there were some benches there. My friends were so engrossed with taking pictures that they didn't notice this little kid running around. I made eye contact with him and next thing I know we're both playing around the fountain. We played for a bit before he had to go. And before he left he gave me this huge hug. He was so sweet. Gotta love those kids!

I believe thatwe all have an inter kid because even though I am 16 when I get around my two baby sisters I let mines out. I let them get te finger paint and markers and paint my face. I love playing the tickle game. I wanna see them smile because that makes my happy so I'd steal the moon if I had to just make sure they are happy.

I dance and sing around little kids. Its fun to make a fool out of yourself and not be judged for doing so. A little smile and giggle can warm my heart. I'll play peek a boo in a public place or recite ABC's while driving. My son loves getting raspberries blown on his belly. Little kids are fun and easily amused adn I enjoy being around them

sand castles, sandcastles, children, beach fun - Similar to our sand castles, like it's slowly being eroded by the beach!
When my daughter was little (and even when she was about 10), I used to build sand castles with her on the beach. We even got other children to join us and made a huge, sloppy looking one in Atlantic City. I also like dancing with her (more fun when she was little--we had our own version of swing dancing to metal!). Sometimes I wish she was still small to play with--Barbies was another game!

Oh yes i do..When the grandkids are here i do the same thing,i guess we are trying to entertain them for one and then the child comes out in us being around a young one..I think we all have a child inside us, but we have to be adults all the time..then when the grandkids come around it encourges the child in us, and it is fun to just be silly...
