northern lights/southern lights...have you seen one?

Better known as "aurora borealis"(north) or "aurora australis"(south)...It normally occurs in the North or South latitude...I think it's a pretty site to see...Have you seen one?Does it occur in your part of the world?

They have been really strong this winter, so I did see some very faint ones here in the middle of Norway. Further north they were quite spectacular. It's not often I think that it would be nice to live even furhter north, but when I see the pictures of the really colourful northern lights, I'd at least like to be there for some nights in the winter :-)

I've never get to see one in real life, and it doesn't occur in my country. T_T
