I think i'm addicted to crisps people!! help!! I actually feel like i crave for them, is that possible? feels like when i gave up smoking, you get that panging sensation...could i be lacking something (besides will power!)Whats going on???

We can all get cravings for any type of food at any time, its just your mind telling you that you want it more than any other food at that point. Snacks and sweets are common cravings and its quite normal. Just try to eat some crisps, but not loads and loads because the craving should go off after abit. Or try to eat something with the same type of texture because it may stop you from craving crisps for abit. ~Joeys wife
