Your right, i have blocked him from all contact, ie facebook etc. It is really hard to move forward when your still in love, he's always on my mind. the hardest thing is understanding how he could say all those things to me and mean none of them! Five years we shared together, we went through a lot together, too treat me like someone he barely knows and never cared for. Thats what cuts through me.
