just a dog!

Oh I LOVED it!! I LOVED it!! It's very well written and very well said! Thanks so much for sharing for it puts the It's "Just A Dog" sayings into perspective to the ones who don't understand how we animal lovers can love an animal of any sort the way we do. My fur babies are just that, my fur babies. They're ever bit a part of my family and will always always be a part of my family for as long as I live.

I think I must agree with you on this. :) Being an owner of a dog myself, she is more to me than "just a dog". She's like an extension of my family, she's there for me when the house is empty, or when I am feeling upset about something and not wanting to talk. It's the same with my cats, they aren't just cats to me, they are like my children. I love them very much and to think of them any lesser, would be a crime in my book. :) Thanks for sharing the poem with us. It was a really nice poem.

How true. Some people, OK a lot of people, scoff at these notions, but that just means they are missing out on a joy we already know about.

It was a nice read. Not sure, it's kinda made me speechless and this is normally a good thing though. dogs are our best friends, I like seeing caring dogs. those which love their owner and are almost not just a pet, but family. ~Joey
