Yes, I've gotten songs stuck in my head many times. I just sing out aloud till my heart is satisfied. LOL

I so know how you feel! I've experienced it so many times and it can be quite irritating. It's the kind that plays itself over and over again without a pause or stop button. And another thing is, it's almost always not our type of song. I think we won't be having a problem with it if we actually like the song, right? Then it won't be a bother if you have it in your head all the time. Anyways, what I ususally do is, I just let it be and then it just goes away by itself. Because the more you get yourself affected with it, the louder the music becomes. =D Or is it just me?

i don't think we should intend to forget sth. cuz forgetting sth or sb is always a life-long process... just take it easy~~ or you can do sth else.

i actually do this to people, i will get a song stuck in my head, i will think about it and think wether it is catchy enough to do it to someone. usually its may daughter and usually it is from some advert on the television. i wait until she is near and it is quiet, the best place is in the kitchen where theres not much noise and she will be concentrating on making a sandwich or fixing something to eat. i start by humming the tune, not making it obvious, then start singing it but not loudly, i then give it a couple of minutes and off she goes singing it. she then gets angry cause i passed the annoying song that was in my head to her. try this on someone as it really does work.

OMG That is the worst song to get stuck in your head. I had it stuck in my head once and it was horrible. I wish I could tell you how to get it out but I havent figured that out yet. Might just have to wait it out.

I am famous for getting one particular song stuck into people's heads. I left this phrase as a comment on several people's profiles. My brother and I were singing that song to my 4 year old niece last night while her mother cringed in the background. She hates that song. My niece looked at us and said, "You guys are annoying!" My hubby suggests singing it aloud until you come to the end and it's supposed to be gone. Doesn't work for me though. As I've written here before, I have a song in my head every waking and sleeping hour of my life. Do you ever put on a cd or album to help "change the tune?" That's what I do. And, I've gotta say, at least you have a bible around for killing spiders - boy, talk about god's vengeance. I, on the other hand, have no bible, except of course my dictionary, which is pretty much the same thing for me. lololol At least, the men who wrote it were smart.

Now it's stuck in my head!! I found this old Tape of Lamb Chops and watched it with my daughter a few weeks ago. They sing that song on the tape and it is very annoying!!

Lamb Chops Play Along right??? i get so irritated by this song my brother would sing it just to piss me off when we were so much younger... :) Now im thinking of trying to find the song and put it to my phone. hehe it goes like... this is the song that never ends... iand it goes on and on my friends.. some people started singing it without knowing what it was... holy.. now i forgot the lyrics!!! ewww silly me. anyways.. i used to have several songs stuck to my head.. like a last song syndrome. :P i will get it out of my head by playing other songs.,. sometimes i get to become successful by doing this, most of the time i dont... and would just laugh it off.

It happened I think once in my life. It is ok if it happens to me. But, if it happens to a person I live with, it really drives me nuts. Imagine listening to the same line over and over again!!

LMAO i use to annoy the hell out of everyone singing this on the bus, or in someones house. I love it execpt for when it gets stuck in my head I dont know what helps me it just eventullay goes away. maybe you should try reading a book or something.

Try the flinstone song...you know...Meet the flintstones, have a yaby daby do day..i forget the words but i heard that this song is sure to get rid of anything running through your head...and i've tried and it works for me!!!hope it helps
