what is a good company to work at home for full time?

most of the ones that come up when you search for them look like scams to me. Anyone got any suggestions? I am not looking for something that is full-commission based. I need a steady paycheck, but there has GOT to be something out there for people who are looking for the same things I am looking for...any help will be appreciated...
