now that some of our favourite shows are being affected, are you thinking 'enough already'? or are you still in support of the writers? any forcasts as to how long the strike will run on?

Because some shows didn't start their seasons until January/February (Medium, Law & Order, Lost), and with new (and old) reality shows also starting, there hasn't been much of an affect for me. It kind of makes my life a little easier because I couldn't watch two shows at once and would have to tape a lot of shows. And sometimes I would have to choose between 3 or 4 (why do they put all the good shows on at the same time and then have nothing on in another time slot?). So, in a way I am not bothered by it. The fact that the talk shows are a little lame due to lack of a script, THAT bothers me. I do think the strike has gone on long enough. I don't understand why the actors would not show up for the Golden Globe Awards, The People's Choice Awards and possibly the Oscars, yet they are going to turn out for the SAG Awards this Sunday. I don't understand the reasoning behind that. I just thought of something though. What about the soap operas? Are their writers not unionized? They haven't run out of episodes. I know they tape about 3 months in advance but I would think they would be running into problems. Curiouser and curiouser.

I am not in support of the writers. In fact, I hope they fire the ones who write for the Law and Order series. They have produced so many anti-Christian scripts, making Christians the bad guys, and bowing to the god of political correctness. As for the others, they had better get back to work, and pound their keyboards and start working double time because I do not want to see short seasons anymore. I hope it is over soon. I do not have enough money to buy all the DVds of the Tv shows I missed.
