During the final game of the season and the playoff game that the Cowboys lost, there were shots of Jessica Simpson with Tony Romo's jersey on with a pink number. It was made a big deal of by the announcers and by Terrill Owens. The implication was that he was thinking more about her then the game. During the past year and more there have been stories in the 'news' of Tom Brady and his relationships. Tom Brady is havinng what is questionably one of the greatest years ever by a quarterback in the NFL. Back in 1999 and 2000, when the Rams had the great teams, they always pointed the camera at Warner's wife. In my opinion she could easily be a distraction. She is a very good looking woman who obviously loved him since she was with him when he was stocking grocery shelves. I am from the Philadelphia suburbs and rarely is there any mention of Donovan MacNabb's 'love life'. Occassinoal mention of him being out with a woman, could be the same one each time or a different one, but maybe Philly just is more interested in the game then other places. So what do you think, does it make a difference to the onfield play of the quarterback if he has a well known or active relationship, or does it depend on the player and the publicity? Would they have blamed Tom Brady's women if he lost?

well tony must have read his own press for apparently the relationship tanked too lol ...at everygame there are thousands of beautiful girls ...i think Players are professional enough to play the game when its game time and worry about off field stuff later...when a home team loses ...if we can find someone or something to blame somehow we feel better...the team lost not just the qb... and terril owens should talk about distractions ...since he is the biggest one ever...he was probably upset at jess taking the camera off him...his ego just couldnt take it... toria
