What are the little things that bring you pleasure?

I am curious to know what little things you do for yourself that can put a smile on your face? Also are you able to do these things alot or are you so caught up in routine, that you forget to allow yourself time to relax and enjoy?
Some of the little things that bring me pleasure: are having a relaxing bubble bath, listening to music and singing, doing a crossword, or playing a board game with friends. Seeing my kids do silly things, instantly gives me pleasure and puts a smile on my face. Getting my nails done also makes me feel good and brings me pleasure.

Shopping gives me pleasure too, especially when I have money to spend, lol. Dancing and music can always uplift your mood. Thanks for your thoughts.

I usually like to take some time out for myself if I can. I have a small child at home. I am a stay at home mother. I like to take a nice hot bath sometimes in the evening just to unwind from the day. I find it to be relaxing sometimes. I do get caught up in a normal routine and so I also just like to sit and try to collect my thoughts. It usually brings me some pleasure.

i love playing with my dogs and when taking them out seeing them running and playing with each other and other dogs-it really makes me smile to see the freedom they have and how happy they are--also when out just giving a smile to someone and saying hello makes me smile-its always nice to see them smile back-i love sitting down with a nice coffee and relaxing just listening to music or silence--plus after meditating makes me very relaxed and happy-seeing my grandson when he comes running up shouting nanny nanny(hes only 4) makes me laugh and smile and having my hair done makes me feel good-littleowl
