Since Stewie is still in diapers, I say that would be a good bet. Of course the WBs Brain was a mouse, so that would be a good answer too. But my answer is Bugs Bunny. His antics always done with humor. And he ate his veggies too. At least the carrots.

Its been a long time since I watched cartoons - but I seem to remember Rocky (of rocky and bullwinkle) being pretty wise... There is also that short little dog that wears glasses, was that deputy dog? and I guess papa smurf was wise and brainy smurf intelligent.

I think Bugs Bunny is smart. Haha. I like the tricks he play on others. I think Tweety Bird is very smart too. He always manages to trick Sylvester.=p

The smartest cartoon charactr would be bugs bunny. Don't me wrong there are alo of more cartoon characters that are bright but Bugs Rules. He is very clever and outwitts alot of other characers. The only time that I have seen the tables turned on him was the show with the turtle. Other then that Bugs Bunny is the smartest cartoon character

I think it is Jerry from TOM & JERRY... because he has the answer of all activities that TOM generally do against the JERRY thats why i think jerry is the smartest cartoon...

Think I was fascinated by the stuff that was science fiction then like "two way talking wrist radio" and "X-ray vision". SMARTEST: Tweetie bird. And smart enough to sometimes act dumb. Bugs Bunny was no slouch in the brains department---but perhaps I'm biased since he is also one of my favorites.
