The most dangerous toys

Today when we buy toys we have to think very hard about how dangerous they are, not just slowly poisoning our kids but guns that can fire, swalowing parts, sharp or braking. What do you think is the most dangerous of them all and why? The one that I can think of is the old good trampoline 100's of kids in my state are hurt every year on trampolines.
