What kind of comments on your profile do you like?

And what kind do you hate? I have to say that I rarely, if ever, leave comments. If I want to say something to a friend, I will send a PM. It is pleasant, though, to receive seasonal greetings. I suppose that the Comments space on one's profile is about the only place to put those Christmas and New Year cards (though I have not worked out how to send them myself!) What I abhor, though, is when 'friends' leave blatant advertising on other peoples' profiles! I regard my profile as my front window and who would appreciate the leaving of flyers and stickers without so much as a by-your-leave all over your house?
