Everyone here so far is keeping up on Deal or No Deal I take it. Well today I seen Howie on another one of my favorite shows with Rachel Ray. They were playing Meal or No Meal on her show. It wasn't played exactly like Deal or No Deal, but the winner and everyone in the audience got to go to a place to eat called The Palm. He also talked about how hard it is sometimes to not tell people on his show to take the deal when it could be life changing for them.
What I found out today is I had heard Howie's voice somewhere else before and I couldn't place it. Until today. I couldn't believe it when I seen it. He is the one that played Bobby's voice on Bobby's World. Such an adorable sound. Did anyone else ever watch that show?
Now I can't wait to see the next Deal or No Deal. Cannot believe no one has walked away with the million yet. I've already told myself that if I ever make it on that show I am stopping as soon as I get over 100k. There is no reason for me to be greedy but yet I want to make sure that I have enough left after taxes. How much would you walk away with?

I would walk if the amount of money offered would pay for college. This amount would be at least 200,000, as my daughter still has two years of school to attend. This would keep her out of college debt, so she wouldn't repeat the past. It took me almost 14 years to pay my college debt.
I have never watched the show you mentioned. Howie was on Monk recently. He was amazing on Monk.

Yeah I remember seeing him on the Monk episode. I try to keep up to date on it all. Sometimes it's hard, esp when I spend a lot of time on here. LOL

I use to watch Bobby's world when I was younger, I knew it was howie mandell because I have seen quite a few of his stand up comedy shows and he does the voice quite often on them.
I'm not sure how much I would need on deal or no deal to walk away. I would want a fair share of money but I wouldn't want to get greedy. I'd probably walk away with around 200,000 but it would depend on my board

WOW I didn't know he did stand up comedy. I need to do some more checking Howie out. LOL I am a huge fan of his since he started Deal or No Deal.

Fellow Canadian Howie has been around for a long time. He was on St. Elsewhere, did the voice on Bobby's World and even had a daytime talk show for a couple of seasons. I was very sad to see that get cancelled. He was good on that. I think he was up against some stiff competition, but I can't remember who - maybe Regis.
I couldn't tell you how much I would walk away with. If the board was looking good I would keep going. I would like to get at least 100K but 200K would be better.

There was a show on when I was a kid. It was called St. Elsewhere. It was the ER of its day. It was when Howie has a head full of VERY curly hair. To be honest I don't watch deal or no deal. Watched once, didn't interest me. I would definitely stop before or at 100,000. If you get too greedy you walk away empty handed.

was that really his voice? i used to watch that when i was little. and the bay bay kids. however you spell it, haha. they next person who plays has to get the million. there going to have 11 cases. i cant believe the woman with 10 cases didn't get it. i missed the last part of the show so i had to find out from someone else if she had won or not. im not really sure where i would stop, it would depend on how my board looked. but if i walked away with a little, thats still more than i came there with so, i don't know. id have to be there, haha.

Yeah when he was on Rachel Ray today he did that voice. It was cute. I wish they still had that show on to. Wonder if I can find it online... LOL
