I understand that you have had your tubes tied but you haven't actually said whether they have been untied or not - i doubt you'll get pregnant if they're still tied i'm afraid - especially not after 8 years or there abouts. No point in trying to fall pregnant & being disappointed if your tubes are still tied. You may need to chat with your Dr & ask about having the procedure reversed but still, there are no guarantees. I guess you could try as someone else mentioned with harvesting eggs etc but as they also mentioned, it can be quite expensive & again, not always successful. I know it's not the same but have you considered adoption - that way you can get whatever you want, there are LOADS of children out there that need new homes. You'd be helping a child have a better life & you would still be welcoming a new child in to your family - it would still be a wonderful thing :)

You'll need to talk to your doctor. Some tubals are just done with clamps so they are easier to reverse. If the tubes were actually severed it's harder to repair. If the tubal can't be reversed you can still have your eggs harvested and get in vitro fertilization. It's very expensive though. Good luck.
