Bux3.com - website is down?

Noticed that the website is down today, never came across this before. As I'm not the most technological guy in the world could anyone explain what the following means: Warning - mysql_connect() (function.mysql-connect): Unknown Mysql server host '216.245' (1) in home/bux3com/public_html/config.php on line 8 Cannot connect.

From the error message, it seems to be an error about database server. The server may be crash or the configuration in the script may be modified.
