I know that if you use too many (usually just more than one) different kind of face wash product it is bad for your skin and can make it worse...but what about home remedies?
I have gotten a few ideas for things that will help clear up my blemishes (lemon, honey, milk) but can I use them all together at different times in the day, or will that also make my face worse?

Home remedies are kind of slow in effectiveness. I wouldn't recommend you use them all on the same day. Instead, you could continuously use the same one for a week to see if it works on you. Never do too much stuff on face in one day, it only makes it worse.

Yeah, probably a good idea. I'll probably stick with the honey/milk mask. I've heard the best things about that one. But if doesn't work I'll swtich to the lemons and see if they work.
Thanks

Yes, don't use them always as my advice they can be bad for your skin. I used home remedies once a week, i want to solve the problems on my face not to give additional problems. I don't want to get irritated by other products. but i have this regular face wash that i am using 5 years now and it is dove.

Lemon is a pretty strong acid, like vinegar, I would be careful of open wounds.
Honey can also be a little acid, depends.
Milk is alkaline. At least it tends to be.
If you use all three, how do you know which one works?
Also, vinegar and lemon are used in milk in cooking to make it sour and if left in heat will curdle. It's your face, you be the judge if you want to do that.
Honey is anti all kinds of stuff (antifungal, antibiotic, etc)and is probably your best bet to try. Honey is denser than milk and lemon juice so it doesn't always mix really well except in hot tea and please tell me you aren't going to preheat stuff to that high a temp before it goes on your face. Take care and I still think you should check with a dermatologist, then you know what the cause is and can look for natural remedies once you know what the problem is. Like is your face too acid or base? Is it in need of antibiotics or antifugals? Etc. Take care and hope you find some relief soon.
