Should illegal immigrants be allowed more rights than US citizens?

The government of the United States is spending billions a year on caring for its citizens, keeping the military on the move and keeping the power on. It is also spending millions in interest on debt. The State of Michigan is being sued by the ACLU for not allowing non-citizens from getting driver's licences. Should illegal immigrants be allowed access to reduced housing, food stamps, free educaiton and jobs when some natural citizens can't have them?

Definitely not, simple as that. Its nonsensical. Anyone that supports this should have to pay for it out of their own pockets.

Cut it out of someone's pocket? Can you imagine this...as a country we are hemoriging money. One way through our own citizens (unproductive: welfare, waste, and mismanagement), through Mexico (illegals getting a chomp out of our system with not end in site) and through China (our imports of Chinese goods is allowing China to explode economically). What can you do about this? What do you think? Are we heading for an American future where China have military bases in Alaska and we speak Spanish?

The Answer is NO, simple. Look it would be easy if we had no government programs. For 150 years our Immigration policy was just get here, and that was okay, because they could not just become a parasite to society. Get rid of all government programs and I would not have a problem keeping everyone of them in the country.

I like the word 'parasite' because that is what they are. Some people are going to cry because they want to give everyone a 'fair shake' (bleeding heart liberals) but when you start taking from others without their permission it is called stealing. Interesting note about the government programs you made. Hmm. What would a government be without programs? Would we have illegals in the country if we didn't have programs?

And why should they respect the government? They are given everything...why respect something that bends to your every wish? They don't even have to try to learn English...all they have to do it cross the border and they're good...for life! And the life of their children...and grandchildren! Hey, have you noticed how many things now have spanish writing on them. I had a box of microwave popcorn in my shelf with spanish completely on one side and English on the other. If you elect a democrat...expect more of the same. Do you see this as an invasion or is it just me?

Absolutely not. I believe that only legal citizens (those born here or those who are naturalized or immigrated LEGALLY) should be allowed access to any benefits at all. Illegals have no right to expect anything, from being able to get a license or even an ID card, to any government assistance in the form of reduced housing, food stamps, free education, welfare, health care, transportation - anything. If they want to come here and hop a border, then they need to stand on their own two feet and earn their OWN money and not take ANYTHING they did not earn themselves. I still will maintain that if EVERY SINGLE US CITIZEN receives all those benefits, is not unemployed, not homeless, not in need of education or medical care, and has sufficient food, power, and running water, THEN and only then is it okay to spend our resources on illegals. Priorities, people. If we neglect our own and take care of outsiders, we are heading in the wrong direction and sooner or later we will crumble at the seams because people who do not even have any business being here will beat US out of what is ours.

Since you called them illegal immiranats, to have more rights sounds is not rational. Everybody would not be given anything unless they made great efforts.
