What did pregnancy change?

More like what changed after pregnancy? Before I had my first child I wasn't a big fan of veggies (ok I really didn't like them at all!). I hated steak. I didn't have cravings for those things during my pregnancy but afterwards I liked vegetables a lot and I started to like boneless steak. Before I had my second child I hated wings and I wouldn't eat any meat with bones, unless it was taken off before I saw it. Now I love wings and ribs. Before I had my third child I would have never touched a mushroom. Now I love them! I knew I would have cravings DURING pregnancy but never thought that having kids would change so much!

More like what didnt pregnancy change. LOL!! I found I like a lot of diffrent things now that I wouldnt go near before. I have also noticed my hearing has gotten better. I can tell what they are doing before they do it. LOL. The one thing I wish I could change back is my body. I still carry around some baby weight and my second is 4. Its only 25 lbs but Its annoying.

I just had my third and am still 50 lbs over what I was when I was 18. But I am only 25 lbs over my goal weight. I'm more concerned about the stretch marks than the weight! I love that I eat so much more than I used to!! It's nice to have a variety of foods that I can choose from.

I know them darned stretch marks!! I only had a few but they were bad. I use coaco butter on mine all the time. I get the kind that comes in a jar and kinda looks like vasiline. It smells sooo good and makes you so soft AND it makes the stretch marks dissapear over time. My husband would rub it on me every night before bed when I was pregnant. I still put it on after a shower or before bed. Good Luck Getting to your goal weight!

I still use cocoa butter but it still doesn't do much. When I was a distributor for JD Premium Products I was getting the organic shampoo and conditioner for my autoship and one time they accidently shipped me the organic lotion instead. I tried it with the cocoa butter and not only did it smell like orange creamsicle, it started working on my stretch marks. Unfortunately I had to resign from being a distributor because it was costing me $12 a month and I had no success in getting a downline. I really hope in the future I can make enough money to sign back up because I think that stuff might end up being my cure!

After my first child was born, I couldn't eat anything that was even slightly spicy. Coming from India, that was strange and I would be downing food that I didn't cook with glasses of water. My husband was going crazy because I was cooking less spicy food. But fortunately I could eat spicy food after my second was born. I'd also like to point out that I had absolutely no craving for anything WHILE I was pregnant.

Wow, that is interesting!! You reminded me that another thing I added to my diet was a variety of cheese after (but not during) my pregnancies. With #1 I would only eat American cheese. After him I started liking Cheddar and Mozzarella. After my second I started eating Feta. Now I eat a lot of different cheeses! I actually DRANK hot sauce with all of my pregnancies! I always liked spicy food! I would have gone crazy if I were your husband too! Another thing that happened was after my first I started drinking and liking coffee. Then during my second and third pregnancies I couldn't touch the stuff- it made me want to throw up every time I caught even the faintest smell of coffee. Then as soon as one day after I gave birth I liked coffee again!

Before I had my daughter I never believed women who would say I used to like .... before I was pregnant now I can't stand the stuff. Boy have my eyes been opened. I used to eat salad everyday. During my pregnancy just the though of lettuce made me ill. Now three years later I still have a hard time with lettuce. Another strange one was gum. I used to chew gum everyday - so much that my boss started having a problem with it. During my pregnancy chewing gum made me nausiated. Since the little one was born I've probably gone through 2 pks of gum in three years.
