Has anyone's paypal account actually been frozen when it comes to PTC's n' such?

I'm just curious as I haven't really seen any discussions when it comes to this issue. Have you, or any of your friends actually gotten a frozen account when it came to participating in a PTC, GPT, or any other pay to do something programs?

I have never had my frozen as of yet, knock on wood. It would not surprise me none in the near future if it happens though because I am joined with alot of paidto sites and most of them pay me to Payapl.
