i got someone keep calling

i got this guy keep calling me all times of day and night and if you dont pick up the phone he leave me crazy voice message and when i call him back he dont want nothing what do you do when someone keep calling you and he dnt want nothing what you think i should do if i should change my number so what do you think i sould do i have 15 missed calls

You shouldnt have to change your number over some idiot. Next time he calls answer like this: Hello this is the {name of your town} Police department. How can I help you?
A couple of times of that and he shouldnt call you back. If he does call the police and ask what they can do. He is harrassing you and should knock it off.
Or answer the phone like this: Turn up the stereo real loud and put it to the phone.
OH OH...I know. Get one of those fog horn things. Blow it in the phone when he calls!! That will teach him!
Whatever you decide I hope it all works out and he leaves you alone.

i do leave him alone but he dnt get that and when we was working together he keep me in a lot of things when my mom was sick and i was at work he kept things going on and i was going to leave the job and then i told him to stop calling me and i did not want nothing to do with him and he keep on so now he call me asking me what he can do about this mother i told him i cant help him on that so now what you think i got to do to stop him from calling me everday and acting like i work for him and i dnt he dnt have no computer and he dnt have friends he is one of them that think you have to feel sorry for him so what do you think i got to do to get him off of my back he think i want him but i dnt so can you help me
