Breaking News!! McCain Linked to 40 Year Old Lobbyist!

It is being reported at this very moment that the NY Times has broken a story about John McCain's alleged romantic relationship with a 40 year old lobbyist, Vickie Eisman. I'm unsure about the spelling so forgive me if I've got her name wrong. Apparently, or so it's been reported, campaign aides had tried to "keep them apart" for his own protection during the 2000 campaign. So, if this story has any basis in fact it would appear that McCain is once again showing his hypocrisy, this time on two fronts - his relationship with lobbyists and his belief in morality and family values. My main question is, "What the he11 did an attractive woman 30 years his junior ever see in John McCain?"

I really don't know why people even bother reporting this drivel. To me it's completely irrelevant. As to what the woman saw in him, without knowing him personally there's no way to be sure. She could just be the random girl who will throw herself at any man in a position of power. Perhaps it's a preemptive strike at being the next Lewinsky.
