Local police received plaque from Puerto Rico!

but the police obviously didn't...lol. It seems 3 wooden gold embossed plaques were sent to a local police station from Puerto Rico and all that was written on them were the Three plaques were sent to local police and the only words on them were "Congratulations! Your Corrupt". Now you have to understand that the city of Lawrence which is the city this police department is in has a very large Puerto Rican population AND the police there don't have the best reputation. They have an idea as to who sent it but I wonder why they think they know. Could it be they've been involved in some shady dealings with someone who talked about it?
