do you really feel as old as you are

Just wondering how many of us is not honest about our age I am 54 but I do not feel it I feel as if I was in my 40s again.I do not hide my age for any reason and I am happy with my life the way it is how many of you can say that.

People actually tell me that I am younger than I am, looking at my photo and in person people have said I am in my late twenties, well in actual fact I am 36, will be 37 this year, so heading for the big 4-0! But with all my ailments I feel like I am in my 60s, I think I act and behave like I am in my sixties.

Naw. This is one area that you are as you are. Once you were 20 then 40 and now over 50. So what? Age has little to do with anything as far as living a good life. Maybe I am getting old because I really have to think about how old I am sometimes.

I always say"you as old as you feel ,if you feel 29 than you are 29." it is all in the mood that you are in I am 54 and I an still young at heart
