Well, i always try to be as young as i can be, even if it is only in what i do, and what i say. I have not allowed the child in me to grow and make me the most boring adult that ever lived in this world. haha In roads, i kick stones, see where how far it can go with me kicking it, i sing songs out loud at home, i play games that child plays too. I run around playing catch with our young neighbors... I love feeling young!

I don't think I ever really grew up in respect of not caring what other people think anyhow. I am often called 'weird' by people who are too scared to do the simple things you KNOW they'd love to do! I especially love the rain. Jumping in puddles, sloshing around in galoshes or getting mud between my toes, having leaf races in the water rushing down the drains, jumping streams or just standing out in the pouring rain! And I'm not afraid to admit that I still run through sprinklers like I did when I was 5! Sometimes I think it's only these little things keep me sane and virile!

Most days i allow the child in me to do something silly.Yesterday was so hot so myself and the kids got in the splash pool that's only a bit over knee height and i got in and swum around like it was a big pool!I swam in circles to make a whirly whirly and when i stopped,we were all floating in circles! It was great fun to get in with the kids and BE a kid.I think it keeps us young.

My memories are still fresh from those moments, in fact I am doing some of those every now and then!;) My 5 y/o niece and her parents are living with us, I always spend some time playing with her since she's the only child. We draw, play games, watch television and sing together. I guess I'm too attached with her already, she's the reason why our house is always lively..

I do act like a child everyday even if I am saddled with a big responsibility of raising my children without a husband and working with such a big area. But allowing my inner child a free reign at least once in a day to to laugh and play is something that I consider therapeutic that just keeps me sane. Just today during lunch I laughed a lot because i said somethings without inhibitions. I also watched a band play the night before and sent that band a note asking them to say hi! to myself of course. LOL!

I've acted a lot like a kid lately. But I think it has a lot because I have a baby if you have kids, I think you get to releave some of your childhood . And you gett excited about all their little activities

OMG LOL I do it all the time..I'm nothing BUT a big kid quite often really...Mainly because I was robbed of being a kid when I was one then even more as I got older...Nowdays and since I was in my mid to late 20s I've been able to embrace the silliness in life and I love every minute of it....and the really great thing is. EVERYONE benefits from it! My kids love it, their friends love it, my friends enjoy it and so do strangers quite often...it makes ppl smile, it makes me happy and it apparently (from waht I'm always being told) makes it so much easier for ppl (young and old alike) to open up to me.... What do I do?? Just enjoy being...look at life with fresh eyes and a sense of wonder and awe that we tend to lose as we get older....Its not hard to do...you just ahve to reach in deep and not give a flying crap what anyone things ;-)

LOL. That has been a very long time ago. I have to act like an adult at all times now to make sure things go right. I guess I did act like a child at Christmas though when I opened up one of my presents and got a toy I used to have as a child but hadn't seen in a long time.

There was this last time, but i am not aware that I am acting like a child. Last Saturday me and my cousin went to an ice cream parlor, i don't know why I am craving for cookies and cream. When we got there the only available flavours are mangoes, chocolate, rocky road etc,so we transfer to different store one way or another just to find cookies and cream. Sadly none of the convenient store have it. I got irritated so i walked soundly on the street. I keep on talking and talking and when we came back home i cried. My mom ask my cousin what happened and she told her that i want cookies and cream and then i went to my room and cried....this is really childish don't you think?

I went to Chuck-e-cheeses with my kids a few days ago and that was alot of fun. Even I played some of the games. Its good to allow yourself to act like a kid sometimes. Especially when you have kids. But you have to know when to draw the line.

This one was easy to answer! lol! Last week. I went to Disney as a chaperone for my daughter's high school marching band. I had just as much fun as the kids did! We rode the rides, we went to the shows and we screamed and yelled during the parades! It was wonderful! I think it really helps keep you young at heart when you occasionally just let go and not worry about what other people think about you. I mean, you don't want to go overboard, but being silly or acting goofy occasionally, and laughing so hard that you have tears in your eyes, is good for you.

I can't help but act like a child most days. Having a five year old son keeps me very active, doing all sorts of fun games and activities and silly things too!! we run around the apartment playing cowboys and indians or having pillow fights like we did earlier today. His favorite is hide and seek which we play a couple times a week.

I like to think I act childish at least once every day. My most common immature act is burping. Not just any burping... but forcing those suckers out to see just how loud I can be. I will rate myself out loud, and say, "Oh that was a good one", or "That wasn't very good". And my 3 sons (aged 7, 7, and almost 9) will give me their opinions as well. But my FAVOURITE childish thing to do is to spout water on people from my mouth. I won't do that with my sons around though, because I don't want to be a bad example. lol. In the last couple of months, I've gotten two friends REALLY good with the water. Only one was fun enough to fight back the same way. I've gotten him a few times since, but I think it's only fair, because he beats me at light sabre battles in my dining room.

If I ever stop acting out loud the child within me, then, someone shoot me, please! What else in this world is better for us than to kick those leaves, dance in the street, sing out at any given time, laugh with our heads thrown back, shriek at what surprises us, giggle with delight over the silliest things and see life as a gift to be ripped open, paper thrown about willy-nilly, held up before our eyes and kissed? If we don't hold the wonder, at least some of it, that we had as a child, even in the smallest moments we could grab among the crap that might have been dished out to us, then who are we, but less than ourselves? We have to somehow find that within ourselves, that little, tiny piece of it that still and always remains, in spite of and in defiance of what might have gone before. I just can't help but stay young. Maybe I'm extremely lucky, but I simply insist on it. I get my "kid fix" as much as I can, by working at an elementary school, and the best of it's kind, as a matter of fact. Seeing those faces, those beautiful little bright, angel faces does me more good than a barrel full of monkeys. I see them see, you know? I see them look at things with eyes wide open, mouth agape, and heart laid-out bare. And that helps. To say the least. But there is also, within myself, an indomitable spirit that won't be dampened. It might get a wrinkle or two periodically, but those get smoothed out by the love I feel. And get. And give. And that's probably the key here, as in so many things. Love. Nothing but. Nothing more, nothing less. Just love. Live it, give it, get it. sorry, I'm probably sounding a bit addle-brained now, but that's me, huh? Screw the odd conservative, darlin. You've got it within you, you know it. That child, that vessel, that cornucopia, overflowing with abundance. Dance. Look in the mirror and dance, and smile at yourself, and laugh. You'll be young. You can only be what you are. Young and full of life and love.

You never be too old to act like a child if you have a kid-heart. I am more thirties, but I act like a child very day. At work I have to in suit and be serious. After work, I can enjoy my life in my way. I play with my daughter and her friends every day. We talk jokes to each other and kid each other. By the way, my daughter is 5 years old.
