Greed and corruption are now big issues in our society, but why? Id it because of money. Of course we need money to buy things we need, like food and clothing. But it seems that nowadays its an accessory, something to show off to other people like, "Hi there, I have a lot of money, I can buy everything I want, I'm a rich person so I can get away with anything..." no offense to those who have worked hard for what they've earned. But how can you say that you are the boss of your money and its not your money who;s the boss of you?

When you only have small amount of money or savings, you'll spend most of your time to earn it and use every effort to save it as much as you can. In this situation, I'll say, the money has become the boss of your life. When you are reaching your maturity of income, then you are having the opportunity to turn it around and make yourself as the boss. However, there's a nature of human being to be greedy and never feel enough and appreciate to what we have in life. This is the time when the money took over the position to be the boss once again. There's no right or wrong in making money as long as you're not stealing someone else money. So I think whatever you choose whether you'll be the boss or not, every choice you made will have their own consequences.

You mentioned greed and corruption. It's a result of financial ignorance. These people don't know the legitimate way of getting rich, so they resort to crime just to make lots of money - like government officials accepting bribes or kickbacks in contracts. That's why we need to educate ourselves financially, because there really are legitimate ways of getting rich without stepping on other people. It just takes discipline, patience, and determination. You don't even need to work hard. Just work smart.

People should be educated with finances. People shouldn't be allowed to get a hold of a large amount of money without knowing the real value of it.

I'm the boss of my money! Ha! Finally! I don't have much but I use it wisely and save. I don't care what people think about my house or car..if they look down on them, they're probably up past their nose in debt and I'm the winner in that race. Greed is a horrible, pathetic vice and I feel sorry for people who are greedy and also those who are so insecure that they feel the need to put on a show with material goods.
