so many of us are signming up for things in hopes that they pay. we do different things to see if they are scam sites. i look on google and i have also put a spot on my blog for people to list places that have scamed them. i also belong to another forum etc. the top post in my blog is a place to add a scam site , then there is a place to add your blog, then are sites i make money at. if you have a site that has wronged you feel free to add it to the list i have going. if you are trying out a site or have been thinking of it please take a look to see if it has been added there. ihate putting in time and then nothing. my blog is www.signmeup1.blogspot.com what re other places you go to though?

I am so SICK of all these scams and did some house cleaning because of them. I dont join any new sites now, just concentrate on the ones that pay me and been in business for some time. I spend time putting banners on my site only to delete them later after the site shut down. If people stop rushing to join these sites like its a firesale and take their time and wait for the dust to settle, these scam sites wouldnt get their money up front and then run. Lets make it hard for them NOT to take our hard earned time which makes them money! I used to belong to 20 sites now I only have @ 8 reliable ones. Thats how I stay away from scams.

In this case I take advise from a pal online. He regularly visits GPT stuff sites and keep updating information. But I don't get time for this. Some new scam sites are recently launched.

I have seen alot of scam sites on the internet over the years and had to find out the hard way they were not going to pya or they were scams because I didn't have any online contacts to ask. I come to Mylot now and ask or ask some of my other online friends about sites. I usually only join sites that other people have been paid from so I don't waste my time.

If I hear about a possible website that I might want to try...I will usually just type the name of the website or whatever into the search box...above and hit the discussion button and it will pop up if anyone else had ever ask a question about that website..which most times they have already ask a question about the websites....

The experience of friends is pretty helpful. In addition, I have the stumbleupon toolbar, so it can lead me a page where people discuss the site in question. If there are a lot of bad reviews, or any bad reviews, I stay away from it.
