have you ever wondered how our grand parents came up with foods like cooked beans with palm oil? i always wonder where and how they got all those recipes here in africa especially the mixed delicacies. do u ever wonder how the recipes you use were invented?

Yes I have often wondered how those recipes were put to gether and what made people try this or that food. What caused someone to extract oil from palms?
