Its high time we maintain some sanity here. I am tired of some thre line posts asking questions that people should respong to. This is not it. If you dont know the secret, mylot does not look at how many posts you make, but how long these posts are,. This is because the longer the posts, the more people will stay on the page reading it. Its not like you post 5 thousand 2 line discussions and you expect to get so much an amount. Please let us start posting reasonable, knowledgeable and good topics that will educate entertain as well as give us some in-pocket change. I know someone will say that this post is also short. Well check my other posts, or just tell me this is short and you will see my next post. lol...

I am GUILTY!! So sorry I don't mean to piss you people off with my short posts. Sometimes I am trying to get my point across too quickly. I will try to write longer posts from now on!! Happy mylotting!

Its not always bad with short posts, i feel it depends upon the quality of the post. Its better to write a good short post, than to write a bad long post that just goes and goes much like that damn duracel rabbit. Dont feel like you have to write at least 500 words in each responce/post. As long as you write interesting stuff and make good use of the written word, then i have no problems with short posts.

I agree with you wario it is the quality and not the quantity of words in a discussion that counts. Granted there are far too many one liners but those people eventually learn in the end.

Now don't go bashing me for this but I personally don't even read very long discussions because they are too time consuming and I tend to lose my train of thought. I've been a member here for quite awhile and don't usually start long discussions and do very well in my earnings.

That's inevitable, I guess. We have lots of members, with each and everyone of them having their very reasons why they post short discussions. Some of them are even spamming the site, some of them are just too stubborn in elaborating their topic and those of which who are after the money. They'll only come to mylot for a "hit and run" tactic, they'll leave as soon as they get what they came for here.

I agree with you. But still there are so many people here who are posting one liners and also getting much responses to this. I have seen a very high ranking user who post every discussion as one liners. I really hate one liners. yes Mylot pays for responsible and sensible discussions. the discussion must be big enough and good to be paid.

I agree with you. Some even post asking of your favorite color, favorite day and so on and so forth. I just find it a little bit irritating finding a number of discussions with that kind. I wonder what is to be discussed in what is your favorite colors and name. I believe some think that if they will make a million post, with 1-2 lines it will make sense and will give them large money. I just ignore those topics.

i agre with you on this. I like when subjects are more than just a single line of text, when their is some meat into it if you know what i mean. Some simple questions are interesting, but still i like having some text to read before i probably write any responce. However i think you can also write to much text, sometimes it feels like the person who wrote the subject just pasted a sh*tload of text from wikipedia or something similar.

I fully agree with you! I also am tired of the posts that look like they are typed by 2 yr olds. I know not everyone here speaks fluent English, but I see people's profiles that say they are from the U.S. and they have the grammar and spelling skills of a kindergartener. It is getting very old, and I haven't even been here that long.

hi i agree and disagree to this as i totally agree with the sometimes the grammer can be appauling but i kind of want to stick up for those people because they obviously joined this site because they like duscussions but not everyone is perfect and reading and writing and thats not their fault and i know ive bben guilty of bad spelling and grammer sometimes but why shoud i be told off for the fact im not a good speller or good at grammer do i not have rights to participate in this site then? because i thought this site was open to anyone who likes to participate in discussions. i do agree with what you say about the people who right three line post though and i know iv'e been guilty of it before but im definately trying to improve on my post since i started this site as i was getting annoyed that not alot of people were that interested in the same things i am.
