Mom had car accident!

She had gone to the grocery store. Was at a stop sign. Got rear ended. She lives in Florida. The person who hit her (in a HUMMER no less) was vacationing from Quebec. Insurance agency told my mom It would be quicker to get car fixed herself. Could be up to 2 years to deal with accident since person who hit her is not from US. She just lost her job, nowthis. Boy when it rains...

Hello dear friend. I am so sorry to hear that your mom had a car accident that led to the damage of her car. So there is no other way but for your mom to pay for the repairing fee of the car. I hope that it would not be that expensive to get it repaired. It would be great if everyone driving on the road were careful so as not to cause any accident!

2 years seems like an awful long time. I hope the damage was not too bad and she will still be able to drive the car until she can get it fixed.

Oh, those darn Canadians. My sister had a bit of a hiccup buying a car from one of 'em, too. Sigh.
