Lots of people nowadays says that you have to be alkaline.

More and more people are starting to be health conscious, so as lots of study would say that we should be alkaline and that we must eat most of the alkaline food. But if we will look at the food that we eat specially if you are carnivorous then it is all acidic. According to study if you are acidic, then you are vulnerable to cancer, how about you do you believe in this study?

I got a chart from the health food store which shows the 3 different levels of alkalide and 3 different levels of acidic. Then the foods are listed in the appropriate columns. I started to follow this plan of eating more alkalide and found my irritable bowel syndrome to be more in control because of it. Those things that I eat are honey dew melon, canteloupe, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and almonds. Of course there are lot more on the chart (not sure where it is right now) but these are the foods I have put into my diet and they have helped me a lot. The difference between Alkalide and Acidic is what keeps the PH balanced in your body. By the end of the day you should have had more Alkalide than Acidic foods. We should all be eating healthier anyway.
