I do Exercise TV workouts all the time On Demand (from brighthouse, Comcast does this too). Anyway, usually I have to do 2 30 minute On Demand videos in order to feel like I worked out. Usually the first one gets my heart racing, and the second gets my muscles aching. However they recently added Biggest Loser workouts. I decided to try CardioMax hosted by Bob the trainer from BL. It was only 20 minutes. This was the hardest workout video I had ever done!!!! Within 7 minutes I was already winded. I definitely felt the workout. It was great to be able to get my heart racing that much and get what felt like an awesome full workout in just 20 minutes. I plan to do this same workout every other day (or perhaps every day) until it is gone off my On Demand. Have you ever tried a Biggest Loser workout? If not, do you have other suggestions for 20 minute videos that REALLY get you in shape... I'm not talking a 20 minute video that has 5 mins of warm up and 5 mins of stretching. This one started right off with cardio and it was hard! I'm so glad I found it :) Bob is a great trainer and I wish I could have him as a personal trainer. He makes you feel good about any progress instead of trying to push you into hurting yourself.

Dear Vivasuzi When you mention that 'biggest Loser' means that there is a competition to be a prize winner for losing the most weight. Still on this idea of 'biggest' I am no follower of this stunt. My take 'To each his own' Like golf you play against the course. A golfer is always the winner. Period. In similar way, reduce your weight slowly but surely. You have a long life to live to achieve your goals, live and eat within your means. Remember the saying by Confucius, 'The journey of a 1,000 miles begin with the first step.' Do you follow me. Thanks Love: Bro. Joe

I had noticed those workouts on the OnDemand before, but I still haven't taken the time to try it out. My wife has tried several of the other programs, including some of the dance routines. Maybe if I can stop being lazy, I can get to work on these few extra pounds that I have been carrying around since the holidays!
