When I was young I was full of energy and it wasn`t important for me what kind of weather outside was and it had no influence on me ... It is quiet strange for me, but now my body is missing the sunrays when it gets cloudy for a few days. Sometimes (especially this winter) my body force me to stop working and sit down to receive that powerfull stream of energy through the window. I can`t realize why sudennly my body have needs to be charged by sunrays. I feel like a Duracell baterry:) Maybe it is some kind exhaustion because I often work hard and long. I`ve heard that some peoople rather prefer moon to sun because the moon give them positive energy like the sun does it to me. Have you ever experienced something similar? Have A Nice FuNnY Day!

Wow I have never heard of anyone like you... needs to be recharged by sunlight :) anyways, as long as you dont tan yourself too much, and always wear sun screen then I guess its a good thing for your body. I know that the best sunrays to catch is before 9am in the morning.

Hello, thanks for ideas ... today we had sunny day so I feel well :). At least I hope that sunny day is able to put you in a good mood. And what about cloudy days ? Have you ever recognized that you feel worse (or better) when there is cloudy or rainy outside for a couple of days ? Does it any impact on you ?

I used to love the sunshine as a kid to the point where I would get bad sunburns but now as an adult I try to avoid the hottestpart of the day as I already have a zillion sunspots on my skin andam not looking to get any skin cancer. I do get out for awhile to pick up some vitamin d from the sunlight but i wear sun protection on my skin now.

How did you get sunburnt ? Did you fall asleep during sunbathing ? During my life I was sunburned several times ... but it was never so serious. Only my body was overheated and after few days the skin was peeling. Do you like the sun now ? Is your skin more sensitive after that sunburns ? So you can`t be outside without sunprotection as long as you used to ?
