treatment for sadness....

when your sad what do you usually do??? hayssss.....i need some ideas hehehe plss help me up... it always lead me to more and more stress,...

when I feel sad I listen to Mozart's music and soon get peaceful and happy and sometimes when I feel sad i phone my best friend and just talk to her,this also always helps me. reach out for your friends is a good antidote to sadness. or go for a walk and look at all the trees and life around you. hope this helps

Usually when I am sad I will definitely get a call from my eldest brother which makes me feel happy. Otherwise try to call dear friends. To which ever relegion you belong to, you can pray to God. Praying God is talking to him. Pour out your heart before God and you feel relieved of sadness, and feel happy. Some times looking at water makes me feel happy. Go to a Pond,Canal, or river which ever is near by to you, sit there for some time watching water, fish, birds etc.

hi mazmark, do feel so sad in time. That is not good for you self. What you can do is go out and play some game with your friends. watch some vcd or youtube follow your interst. Don't think something that make your feel sad. But if you feel that you don't have any friends then take a sleep. Before that pray to God. God will always help you. Then start a new day when you wake up.

for me its doing something familiar. be with someone you love, go somewhere or do something you enjoy, listen to an old song watch a guilty pleasure tv show you love-do something out of your crazy life thats different and will keep you sane for a while you have to always stay grounded! and dont be sad! : )

I'm not so sure if this will work for you but it does for me..I go out with friends, see a good movie and eat out. If I don't have money, I find something else to do, browse the internet, blog, write,read or listen to good music. I keep my self busy so as to avoid being depressed..too much loneliness can bring you to a depression.
