Greeting Card Writing!

Has anyone ever attempted to be a freelance greeting card writer? I am looking to get into that business. I have found a couple of websites of information, places to submit to, etc., so Im all ready to get started. I was just wondering how easy/hard it is? Im guessing that there is a lot of rejection, but does anyone know anything about it? How long does it usually take to be selected? Anything I need to avoid? Tips, tricks, etc?

Greeting card writing is a good way to earn few Dollars. I do not know the sites, but you can look for mail id or contact information behind greeting cards. write few samples and approach them.

I have also thought that this would be interesting, but I haven't heard much about it. If you do find out some information...if you could post it, that would be cool.
