Some of us can post pictures. I hadn't seen a thread devoted to posting some of your child's art -- an online virtual refrigerator, as it were. I thought I'd start a thread with this in mind. My daughter has been drawing on an art program I've installed on the computer. It is free. It is called, TuxPaint. I was able to find the save directory for her files and then, with a bit of wizardly that really only involves finding the right program, I made a slide show and put her Art on my cellphone as the front-display screen. It isn't High Art or anything, but it gives me disproportionate joy.

That is cool that you found a way to put your daughters art work on your cell phone. My daughter has recently discovered crayons. It is cute to see her tiny little hand making marks on a piece of paper. It did not take her very long to figure out the whole crayon thing. I showed her once or twice how to use one and she just started marking away. She does however like to draw with the bottom side of the crayon. With the tip of the crayon all she will do is make little dots. I think she is doing pretty good in the art department for being 13 months old. Most of the time she does not even try to eat the crayon. My son is 8, so he has been doing his art for some time now. He has gotten a lot better over the years. I wish I would have kept more of his drawings from when he was younger to share with him, so he can see how he has progressed.

I have books and books of my child art work. Not enough space for it really. So I have taken some of it, and cut it up I use it to write captions in her photo books. It decorates them up a bit.I also have made an art wall of sorts downstairs. Some of her preschool projects hang on it.
