I have tried many of those online survey sites, but although once or twice I did receive one or 2 dollars, it was never anything either consistent or enough money to feel it was worth. Now on the other hand I've had more luck with surveys and focus groups that I have to attend to personally. When people call me with surveys I always respond as long as I have some time. Why if they aren't even remunerated? Because they keep my name and phone number for future surveys or focus groups. I have been called several times to different companies. The pay is very good, it's s pity that they tend to always ask when was the last time you did something like that and sometimes don't accept you if you did any during the last 6 months. You can lie, it's true, but I prefer not to because I don't want to jeopardize my chances. During the weekend I was called from survey opinions. They wanted to know if I was interested and free to do a product survey/sample. Of course I was:):) I went there - spend about $4 for the bus fare back and forth. was given two pieces of paper and a container. I was to talk about what I liked and didn't regarding the container. it took five minutes, then I was given another one and was supposed to do the same - more 5 minutes. At the end I was given two sample boxes of 500 grs of cheese sauce and bechamel sauce and I am to try them at some point during the next two weeks. I was home in less than half an hour. In my pocket? $60:):):):) $60 for 15 minutes of my time? sounds good to me LOL Payment depends of course, I've received from $50 to $150 for a maximum of 1 hour of my time. As I said, what's a pity is that this is not something that we can count on regularly, because it would be just great if it was so:):):) Where you ever part of a study or focus group? Was the pay good?

Hello Arkaf, Wow, that is interesting. I would gladly partake in any of those surveys. $60 for a 15 minutes of your time is cool. No sweat, lol! I'm not sure if we have this kind of surveys available here in my Country. I recall watching a documentary about some pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies recruiting poor people to test their products. The companies are paying these people on a daily basis. About $15 on the condition that they should follow their instructions and religiously used their products.

YOu know what if you look for it you might find that there are some in your country too. Marketing research is everywhere nowadays. I"m saying this because a long time ago - over 20 years ago - there was already something like this back in Portugal.I remember I found it by accident and made a lot of money with them, BUt most people weren't even aware of it. So maybe it's there somewhere too, look for opinions research, marketing research etc. Hugs
