I prefer mine grilled and it has to be the tails. I love Rock African Lobster tails, they are so sweet and tender. My husband likes them too but alot of times he'll get a whole lobster. I find that too messy! There are many ways you can have lobster, even in soup and dips, but I never have it like that. How do you prefer your lobster?

I love every lobster dish I've ever had. While the tail is very tasty, I LOVE the claw meat. I also like to do stuffed lobster (baked with a lobster cake in the body). Steamed/boiled lobster is probably what I have most often, but grilled is quite nice. A bit of steamed lobster dipped in butter is lovely, but it's still heavenly with just a spritz of lemon on it.

Wao catjane, we dont have lobsters in my country, but i see a lot about those sea foods on TV and sometimes I cn only imagine it is a great delicacy-if i came accross it one day, I would rathe dismember them and eat a piece at a time!

I will eat lobster just about any way I can get it...
but I think my favorite is in the shell and dipped in butter!

Lobster tail by itself is easier, but the claw meat is exceptional too.
I've done my own boiled/steamed lobster. It's very easy to do and a lot cheaper than paying restaurant prices, if you can find them live.
All you need is a large pot and then some drawn butter.
Mmmm mmm ...
