Do the Fans really stand a chance this season on Survivor?

Numbers are one of the most important things when it gets down to the end, and it seems like too many of the fans are getting sent home. Do you think that the "numbers game" will put the Favorites into a position where the fans no longer stand a chance at winning?

I think that the fans will, in the end, prevail. Once they stop idolizing the favourites and work together they will become stronger. Take Erik for example, he is so in awe over Ozzy that he fails to see anything else. When Ozzy voted off Joel you could see Erik was crushed. He was the only one that Ozzy never told to vote for joel and the only one who voted for someone else (other than joel of course). You could tell from watching that episode that he was not upset Joel was gone, he was upset that Ozzy hadn't told him the new plan. I think the fans will turn around and surprise everyone and take the favourites by storm. However, this will be harder now that the tribes are mixed.

Really? Now thats a bold statement! But you are right, they need to stop being fans at some point, and really go at the game.

I believe so, if you remember last week when Jole wanted to have Chet removed and he and one of the faves Ozzy were talking about it and that other one who I can't remember his name. Then you saw how Ozzy later told the camera he wanted Jole out. Now that the tribes are mixed I think the fans don't stand a chance. The Favs are going to vote them off one by one. What if there was only one fan left? This show gets better each time. I say Chet goes next. Besides the fact Chet dosen't do crap.

It will be interesting to see if Chet can survive another week on the island. It looks like he is about to fall over every time!

I think the reason survivor switched the teams so early was to give the fans a chance, but so far it doesn't seem to be working. It started out as the fans trying to convince them to get rid of sirie (whatever) but turned into them getting rid of one of their strongest Fans instead! The only way the fans have a chance is if more of them are left by the time of the merge and then they can take control. OR if they get a Favorite on their side. Otherwise, I see them leaving each week one by one. I wish they wouldn't have switched teams so soon b/c I would have like to see the fans working together a little longer and hope the Favorites would lose at leat a couple challenges where they would have to knock off their own.

I agree with your thoughts that it just isn't working yet!

This game just like any other you never know especially now that they have split the teams up and mixed fans and favorites. It will be interesting to see who does win this.
