Work from home job....looks like the real deal!

Everyone is looking for real work from home jobs and again... clicking on a link I found here I came across Tiny Details. Before I even checked out the details I googled it to see if it was mentioned in any of the scam sites and to my surprise it's not. The only site it is mentioned on says it's legit. The catch...you send them $55 which IS refunded. What you do is assemble miniature items. They send you everything you need including tools, instructions and all the materials you need to make whichever item you choose. There is a list that you choose from. They start from small, very easy to make things to larger ones and they pay for postage for you to send it back to them once you have finished putting it together. From what I read you can earn anywhere from $50-$100. I'm thinking about giving it a try when my check comes the first of the month. Check out the link and let me know what you think (lol...I made a rhyme... http://www.tinydetails.com/workingintro.asp

Hi Ctrymuziklvr. Before you send them any money please read the following: http://tinyurl.com/ype9kz http://tinyurl.com/39ggml http://tinyurl.com/yvqxaj http://tinyurl.com/2bw97a There were more, but I figured this would be enough to convince you to save your dollars. Cheers, Ed

My pleasure Maddysmommy! I remember those assembly offers from many years ago. I still haven't come across any profitable program that asks you for money up front. Cheers, Ed

I can't believe I missed those BUT in reading them I can see what the problem was. The people who tried it didn't realize they were going to working with miniatures which I'm sure are very hard to work with. Thanks for the links.

I don't know ctry, the thought of sending $55 to someone that I don't know is not something I want to do. Did you check to see if it was on snopes.com? I just checked out the links that one of the above posters mentioned and you should read them before you send any money out Ctry.

I always check out snopes when I'm thinking of doing almost anything and there is nothing there about it. I did read the links the member posted.

No way I'm doing it key word "acceptable", which is always somebodies personal opinion. They can pick and choose who to pay. Good luck and if you do it let us know if you get paid.

I'm pretty good at this kind of stuff and it's just what I need to keep me busy. As for acceptable...I will pick the easiest item they have. I"m pretty sure I'm going to do it and will let you know how it works out.

Sounds interesting. If you give it a try let me know if it works. My husband would never agree to coughing up $55 on something that might not be legit. I was thinking about trying this envelope stuffing thing, but I'm not sure if its legit or not either.

They say the $55 is refundable when you return the first items you made. Since it's in print it has to be legal and if it's not I would take it right to the Attorney General or whoever these matters are taken to. I'm trying to figure out my budget for next month to see if I can mangage it and will let you know how it works out.

I have no intention of sending $55.00 to anyone, especially if they say they are sending it back. Why do they want it in the first place. Also I am sure no one I know is going to bu miniature items for $50 - 100... You would have do find a rich idiot who has money to waste... And most people don't get rich by being idiots. Good luck with your new venture anyway...

Most places ask for a deposit up front to assure that you are serious about doing whatever it is. Thanks for the good luck wishes.

Hi ctrymuziklvr I have not gone to the site yet, however, below is a link you can go to and see if this is posted on the "scam report". If it is not posted there, you can contact sohojobs.org and they will research the company for you. www.sohojobs.org. I hope this helps :o) Teri K "working from home thanks to sohojobs.org"

I just can't bring myself to trust a company that wants money up front. I know there are ones that are legit but they are very hard to find. If you deicde to do this keep us updated on how it is going and if they pay you looks like they have you make tiny dollhouses.

I can't trust sending money to make money, even if it is for real. My hubby and I can't pay our electricity, much less be able to afford to send $55 to anyone. I do hope this works out for you though. Let us know how it goes and if they pay you.

My mom used to do something like this. She made jewelry and got compinsated for her time and efforts. She never really made a lot doing it, so she stopped. I hope it is legit on your behalf, I'd hate to see you get scammed. Good luck and keep us posted.
