Things have gotten pretty hectic around here in the past three months. One after another stuff has been happening, but you know what, every day we find things to laugh about. My husband is so funny, he makes me laugh all the time. I am so grateful to have someone that can shake it off by creating humour. I think if it wasn't for his ability to do that I would be one depressed person. How do you handle every day stuff that's being thrown at you....laugh it off or freak?

Since Christmas, I have been through a long roller coaster ride. Lots of ups but mostly downs. One problem after another. But I have learned, just like a child has to learn, that nothing gets accomplished, fixed, or gets better by whining or "freaking". I have found that tomorrow is gonna come whether today is good or bad. So laughing is a great "medicine". Laughter heals the soul and mind. Just like you, if my husband wasn't good at making me laugh, I'd be pretty depressed myself.

My husband always tells me "not to sweat the small stuff". When I start to get stressed out or depressed, he reminds me that things could be a lot worst. Knowing that he is completely correct, I seem to brush it off and handle it the best that I can. Also knowing that he is always by my side helps greatly.

Hey I'm following you I'm finding everything you write about interesting this morning though.....thanks! I've had a horrible 2 months myself losing my Mom and then 2 months later my Aunt. Unfortunately I don't have anyone in my life to make me laugh and all I can depend on right now to get me through is my meds. Not a good think I know but for now that's all I have. You are very lucky to have your husband through the bad time.
